The Geo-environmental Conservancy Foundation (GeCF) is a non-government and non-profit organization (NGO/NPO) run by service-oriented young and energetic youth guided by well-experienced scientists, researchers and environmentalists.
The G.G.V organization is a Nonprofit voluntary organization that was established in 2010 and is registered under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act of 1960. We are headquartered in Tumakuru, Karnataka, India have been working for 15 years. Heterogeneous social services, Agriculture, Health, Education, Environment, Food Safety, Natural Resource Management (NRM) activities, Watershed Development, Water resources Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Forest & Swachh Bharat Mission Information Education and Communication Activities (IEC), Environment Impact Assessment (EIA), Social Impact Assessment (SIA), Skill Trainings, Skill Development in Handicraft Sector Environmental and Forestry Climate, for the welfare of women and children cultural activities & Sustainable livelihoods, Women empowerment by organizing them into solidarity groups like SHGs & JLGs, User Groups (UGs) Area Groups (AGs), Executive Committees (ECs) other community based organization (CBOs) Micro Finance & micro-insurance, drinking water and sanitation, Collaborates with Panchayath Raj and other democratic village institutions, as well as appropriate civil society organizations, in their efforts to contribute towards the objectives of the organization implements various development activities, Rural Development & Poverty Alleviation, etc. G.G.V organization is implementing these programmes with support from Sate / Central Government Departments & various Corporates.

Building a self-reliant rural society assured of food security, safe drinking water, good health, gender equity, low child mortality, literacy, high moral values and clean environment. Fostering a society wherein women are empowered enough to lead decent life; all children are healthy, happier and enjoy their childhood rights, especially with right to education; and creating sustainable and humane society wherein all living being have access to resources and manage their livelihood. Efforts towards involving the community in the development process through awareness creation on their potential and resources for achieving self reliant social and economic development initiatives. This will be achieved through enhancement of skills and capabilities of the communities and involving them actively in development process.
M/s.G.G.V Organization Mission is to create opportunities of gainful self-employment for the rural families, especially disadvantaged sections, ensuring sustainable livelihood, enriched environment, improved quality of life and good human values.
This is being achieved through development research, effective use of local resources, extension of appropriate technologies and upgradation of skills and capabilities with community participation.
To promote sustainable rural development through appropriate development interventions based on local resources and with the involvement of local community based organizations.

In alignment with its Vision and Mission, M/s.G.G.V Organization is implementing major Nature-positive programmes such as Livestock Development, Natural Resources Management, Agri-Horti-Forestry and Agro biodiversity Conservation, Swachh Bharat Mission Information Education and Communication Activities, Health, Education, Environment, Food Safety for Sustainable Livelihoods and Enriched Environment. M/s.G.G.V Organization is implementing these programmes with support from various Corporates under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Philanthropic Organizations and Government Departments. M/s.G.G.V Organization is also collaborating with Corporates for achieving their Carbon Offsetting / Neutrality Goals. M/s.G.G.V Organization has been closely associated with several State / Central Government Departments as either an Implementation Partner or as a Knowledge Partner for Rural Development Programmes. To ensure food, water, livelihoods and income security together with a growing quality of life to vulnerable and disadvantaged communities on a sustainable and equitable basis also collaborating.
